"The ICF certification has enabled me to gain trust and credibility as a Coach and my current employer and thus our clients. Ultimately the choice comes down to personal chemistry but it sets a professional standard to have a certification just like you would never undergo an operation with a non licensed doctor....Hence a valuable educational basis for every professional Coach who wants to make a difference"
