My role as a coach is an empowering one - helping people to unfold their aspirations and grow their inner potential to become the ‘Leaders’ they are meant to be. I work with the conviction that emotional engagement and balanced interactions are fundamental drivers affecting the performance and the sustainability of any system. I creatively apply tools and techniques to revitalise human dynamics in the workplace and develop collective intelligence that rightly resonates with an organisation’s specific values. I deeply believe that the alignment of the mind, the energy and the body (emotions, feeling and physical body) is the key to successful transformation and I have witnessed the profound and lasting effects of these transformative experiences
I am also passionate in connecting people to their real self and life purpose. While these seem to be very ‘big words’. I deeply believe that a peaceful, self-actualised citizen is a force for peace in the greater society (in French, we would say: Un citoyen pacifié est un pacifiant pour la société). I am passionate about helping people find that inner peace and the inner resources that allows them to make a positive impact on their environment and have a significant impact on alleviating the violence that is unfortunately too often present in our society.
My main tools and methodologies are: Process Communication Model®, Co-Active Coaching, Transactional Analysis, Systemic Coaching (ORSC), Constellation, King Play™, Bigger Game™, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnose, Akashic records and Energetic healing.
