Objective and Overview:
Luxembourg is a country of strong cultural integration and it is a role mod el for bring ing people of different cultures and integrating them into the workforce; however, there still are challenges that team must face. A question for you, how many different nationalities are working in your companies?
The purpose of this workshop will help attendees develop an understanding of themselves vs that of people of different cultures in the working life. How to see the world from different perspectives and be able to step into different cultural lands. This is not a workshop about segregating cultural diversity but how it can be brought together and create synergies.
Methodology:
This workshop will be an interactive, experiential journey through different cultural lands. We will use different systemic coaching techniques to bring out the voice of the people and create synergies.
At the end of the training the attendees will be able to:
Understand different perspectives of different cultures, be able to open their perspectives when working in a team environment or when managing their teams
Experience what it is like to be in a different culture
Be able to create team synergies and apply the learning to the work environment. This highly interactive course has been designed to create understanding of our differences and vast cultural diversity and see how we can use diversity to strengthen motivation and working together.

The speaker

Virginia is a Business Sports Integration Coach. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Organisational Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC). She works with her clients to improve their performance and navigate through change. She has been coaching private clients, professional athletes, business leaders and corporate teams working in international organizations. With a previous career in Financial Services Custody / Funds Sector and Human Resources, Virginia now specialises in performance / executive / team coaching, and experiential business and behavioural training / change management, particularly in the areas of on-boarding, outplacement, process management, personal development and effective communication. Virginia integrates her professional sports background of professional player, coach and referee with her extensive business experience and helps businesses through the many cycles of change. Virginia has also designed an experiential Sustainable Leadership Program where she will take senior leaders into Mongolia and help them look at Leadership from many perspectives and help them choose the impact they want to make in order to leave their chosen legacy.
