I help my clients to get aware of their internal world and change their pair of binoculars so as to see others and their external environment  in a different way.

When relevant, I use anecdotes from my 23 year maritime and managerial experience, metaphors and fables, or could be a little bit provocative, so as to trigger awareness raising.

I do my best to be “soft” with my client and “tough” with their problem.
