Systemic work is innovative, focused, effective and solution-oriented. It takes relatively little time to achieve the desired results and perceived as very enjoyable.
A second field of work is ‘communication’. Besides the regular communication skills I’m fascinated by the similarities en differences between male and female ways of communicating.
