I believe that self-awareness is at the centre of coaching. I love to support people in becoming self-aware enough to see what truly lies deep inside of them and encourage them to lead more conscious and intentional lives. I use self-awareness tools like the Enneagram and Insights Discovery to enhance understanding of oneself and others. This can lead to more self-compassion, compassion for others and appreciation of the diversity of people and thus improve relationships.
Awareness creates choice. It’s practice that creates capacity. Coaching supports you in both areas.
My style of coaching is practical, pragmatic, awareness focused, supportive & challenging, compassionate and committed.
Ausbildung / Weiterbildung:
My work as a Coach is also influenced by the other types of work that I do. I am a certified Assessor of skills and have run Assessment Centres for more than 10 years now. Observing and describing behaviour has thus become second nature to me. I enjoy supporting learning through facilitating training programmes. Often Leadership & communication skills are the focus of those trainings. And lastly, I regularly facilitate self-awareness workshops. I have come to realise that all these different work activities complement and build on each other well.
